Emma Schartz Winner of Elks Lodge Drug Prevention Poster Contest

The Elks Lodge here in Dalhart recently held a poster contest in which students were asked to draw a picture about topics concerning drug prevention. Our own Emma Schartz won first place in the contest. Her prizes included a Savings Bond and a gift certificate to McDonald's. Congratulations Emma-we are so proud of you.
